Welcome to the Machine Embroidery Lab! Where imagination and creation collide. Testing software, machines, techniques, and products are what makes this job so much fun! Tune into this video to see what happens when you take a Flexi-Fill ESA font or design, a piece of PVC-backed poly twill, a 13wt thread and combine them all together on an embroidery machine. The most impressive part of this project is that the design has approximately 16,000 stitches, ran at 1000 stitches per minute, and the result looks like anything but traditional embroidery.
